  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods. The shipping method selected during checkout will determine the estimated delivery time and cost.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected shipping method. If free shipping is available for certain promotions, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, customs clearance, or shipping carrier delays. Not Just Salt BV is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

1.2 Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Delayed Deliveries: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible at support@notjustsalt.com. We will work with you to track down the shipment and resolve any issues.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided during checkout is accurate. We are not liable for any delays, non-delivery, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that your order is lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, assist in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.

1.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the items are delivered to the shipping address you provided. Not Just Salt BV is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.

2. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent.

2.1 Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless there is an issue with the quality or an error on our part.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@itsnotjustsalt.com. You will be required to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assess the condition.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect in the product, damage during shipping, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

2.2 Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days. If you paid via credit card, please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect. If you received a promotional offer (e.g., free shipping or a discount), the amount of the discount or free shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return results in a change of the order total.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We may ask for photos and a description of the issue. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including the cost of return shipping.

2.3 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original item according to the process above and place a new order for the desired product.

2.4 Promotional Returns

If you returned an item that was purchased as part of a promotion (e.g., buy one, get one free), we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount based on the revised order value after the return.

2.5 Refund Exceptions

  • Personalized or Customized Products: Products that are customized or personalized are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
